I've been having trouble sleeping during the quarantine. Do you have any tips?

Ugh... so much stress! My mind just won't shut off. Plz help! I just think of everything and everything when I try and go to sleep at night. I end up taking at least an hour or two to fall asleep. Any tips would be appreciated.

How does meditation help with anxiety?

I hear you recommend meditation a lot on the podcast, but I've only tried it a few times. You said it would help with anxiety. Can you tell me how it helps? How long will it take to see results? Love the show! I listen to you on my runs all of the time.
